HOW LEARNING ABOUT THE CHAKRA SYSTEM CAN HELP YOUR CHILD
We can no longer ignore the fact that we are energetic beings as well as physical beings. Most of us are aware of how to physically, mentally and emotionally support our children but do you know how to offer support for their energy system (or your own!)
Of course the truth is, the energetic system is very much intertwined with all aspects of ourselves. When your child’s chakras are balanced they will experience balanced emotions, deep connections with others, clear communication, a guiding vision for their life and a connection to the higher power in their life. When a chakra is balanced, the energy flows freely through it and this is reflected in physical, emotional and mental health. If a chakra is blocked, physical, mental and emotional issues can arise.
Parents have a unique connection with their children and know them better than anyone. This awareness of the state of your child’s wellbeing and ability to take action is one of the greatest supports you can offer your child. You instinctively know if something isn’t right.
For parents, it can be extremely empowering to have some awareness and understanding of chakra imbalance in your child and some knowledge of how to help

BIO-ENERGY HEALING
Bio Energy healing is possibly the most non invasive energy modalities. It involves moving your hands in front of your child’s chakra’s. Your hands act like magnets to the trapped or stagnant energy, clearing blockages and allowing the energy to flow freely again.
PENDULUM DOWSING
Use a pendulum to identify the source of your child’s blockages allows you to release with the power of your intention. This is also a useful for measuring the function of the chakras and identifying which chakra needs a little help.
TAPPING (EFT)
Emotional Freedom uses tapping on the acupuncture points in the body to clear trapped energy. The tapping is combined with speaking about the emotional issue being experienced. Using tapping helps prevent energy blockages in the chakras which is why it’s a wonderful skill to teach your child early in life
