Soothing Session - Slow Down, Live Deeply
I read this phrase recently and I felt great relief in my body. As we head back on the crazy train of back to school I wonder is there a way to slow down and live deeply in midst of early mornings, packed lunches, school runs, homework and extra curricular activities. Is there a way to approach this phase mindfully and with ease?
